An early 20th century Queen Anne style mantel clock timepiece by Charles Frodsham in a bird’s eye maple case, the rectangular caddy top surmounted by a decorative gilt brass handle and moulded edge over sides with glazed apertured and a glazed door opening to the 4” dial and silvered chapter ring marked Frodsham London at VI, around a matted gilt brass centre, Roman numerals and outer minute track, pierced blued steel hands and with angels mask spandrels to the corners, to an eight day timepiece movement with a lever escapement, raised on compressed gilt brass feet. English, circa 1930. Supplied with a winding key.

Condition: Excellent, the clock is in very good condition, the case is in fine state with pleasing soft colour, the gilt brass fittings are in excellent condition and the movement has been fully serviced and overhauled and is in excellent working order.
