A George III Cherrywood Small Tripod Table

An unusual George III tripod table of small proportions, the plain circular top with a plain edge over a slender turned baluster shaft on a tripod of ridged cabriole legs terminating with pointed feet on pad bases. English, circa 1780.

Condition: Excellent, the table is in very good condition and is solid and robust, it stands well with no undue wobbling, and the legs are all free from breaks. Overall the piece has a pleasing appearance with a warm colour and a delightful patina.
