A George III mahogany and fruitwood tilt top wine table, the plain circular mahogany top with tilt action with a brass catch over a finely turned fruitwood baluster over a mahogany tripod base. English circa 1770.
Condition: Excellent, the tripod is perfect with no breaks, the baluster is either pear wood or arbutus, and the table has a lovely colour and patina, and is nicely proportioned. The catch is probably a replacement.
