A George III Mahogany Demilune Tea Table

An elegant George III mahogany tea table, the solid demilune top opening to a circle on double gateleg supports, with a concave moulded edge over a frieze with tulipwood stringing between boxwood lines, and on square tapering supports. English, circa 1790.

Condition: Excellent, the table is in very good condition with no significant marks to the timber, it stands well without any undue wobbling, and the top is free from warping, and overall the piece has a lovely appearance with a warm colour and great sense of refinement of its period.
