A George III oval tray in mahogany, the tray with twin brass handles and with a low wavy gallery around a well figured base with a line of boxwood stringing and with an oval inlaid centre of an Adam style floral motif in satinwood with stained green surround, and with the remains of a red baize beneath. English, circa 1780.
Condition: Overall very good, the tray is in very good condition, both handles are solidly fixed, the gallery is in good condition, there is a thin line across the centre but this appears stable, overall it has a lovely colour and warm patina, with wonderful grain to the timber.
