A George III mahogany washstand, the square top with a boxwood strung border and shaped frieze below over slender turned columns to a middle section fitted with a drawer with turned brass knob, and with chamfered square supports united by an undertaker of shaped and pierced stretchers with a turned dished centre. English, circa 1780.
Condition: Overall very good, the piece is in excellent condition with no damage to it, it stands well with no undue wobbling and overall it has a pleasing colour and elegant appearance.
