A mid 20th century gilt brass table lamp in the Baroque style, the bulbholder fitted to a double capstan over a campana shaped cup and cover body, the cover with bold plain and swagged lobes over a plain cup with stiff acanthus leaves below, on a base with an egg and ribbon border and raised on a plain square foot. English, circa 1930.
Condition: Overall very good, the lamp is in good condition with no loss to the gilding, there are some marks on the surface consistent with age, the lamp has been rewired using a new bulbholder, braided flex and a new plug fitted with a 3amp fuse.
