A late 19th century bronze sculpture of two cherubs.


A late 19th century bronze sculpture of two cherubs, one blindfolded and holding a flaming torch, the other crouching beneath him, both clad in gilt highlighted drapery, and on a circular white veined black marble base. French, circa 1890.

Condition: Excellent, the piece is in very good condition with no marks or blemishes to the bronze, the highlighting is good but not too bright, and the marble base appears to be the original. There is an indistinct signature on the ground of the sculpture.
