A late 19th century French gilt brass carriage clock in a shaped case with an arched carrying handle.


A late 19th century French gilt brass carriage clock in a shaped case with an arched carrying handle, with a white enamel dial with Roman numerals and outer minute track, the eight day two train movement striking the hours and half hours on a coiled gong, with winding and time setting arbours behind a glazed door, and with an English Lever escapement under a circular bevelled viewing glass.

Condition: Overall very good, there are minor chips to the upper side of the front glass panel, however these are not visible. The clock has been fully serviced and is in full working condition.
