A Late 19th Century French Kingwood Two Tier Table

A fine late 19th century Louis XV style two tier table inlaid with kingwood and rosewood parquetry, the shaped top with serpentine sides and with brass mounts to the edge, a finely cast fleur de lys to each corner and a carrying handle on each end, with tapering cabriole supports each with a brass mount, and with a shaped lower tier supported on four brackets and with a milled brass edge, on brass sabots. French, circa 1870.

Condition: Extremely good, the table is in very good condition and is solid and very robust, the veneers are in excellent condition and the brass mounts are well cast and crisp. The piece has an excellent colour and appearance, and it has a great presence.
