A mid 20th century table lamp made from a Chinese porcelain vase, the raised bulbholder fitted onto a slightly recessed brass plate to an inverted baluster hard paste porcelain inverted baluster shaped vase with all over polychrome floral decoration with a vignette repeated to both sides featuring flowering plants with butterflies with blue ribbons, on a carved wooden base. Chinese, circa 1960.
Condition: Excellent, the lamp is in very good condition with no damage or repairs to the vase, the base is in excellent condition, there are signs of age to the brass plate, the lamp has been rewired using a new bulbholder, braided flex and a new plug fitted with a 3amp fuse.
