A pair of early 20th century table lamps.


A pair of early 20th century table lamps, made from cloisonné enamel vases, each of inverted baluster shape with a domed gilt brass cap with bulbholder above, decorated with trailing leaves and flowers with birds on an off-white ground, with a decorative border at each end, raised on a carved base, Japanese circa 1920.

Condition: Overall very good, both vases are in excellent condition with no damage to the enamel, the gilt brass caps have some gilding loss, the bases are matched but not a pair. The lamps have been rewired using dark gold braided flex with a new plug fitted with a 3amp fuse.
