A pair of early 20th century gilt brass table lamps, each lamp with a raised bulbholder fitted to a double capstan top over a Baroque style cup and cover with alternating swagged and plain moulded edge, to a campana shaped vase with richly cast acanthus leaves to the lower section, on a spreading foot with bold egg-and-ribbon border and raised on a plain square base. English, circa 1930.
Condition: Overall very good, the lamps are both in good condition, there are marks to the gilding consistent with age however overall they have a pleasing appearance. Each lamp has been rewired using a new bulbholder, braided flex and a new plug fitted with a 3amp fuse.
