A Pair of Edwardian Silver Plate on Copper Candelabra

This item has been sold.

A pair of Edwardian silver plate on copper three light candelabra in the late 18th century style, the navette shaped sconces each with a detachable drip pan, and with scrolling reeded arms to a central point over a tapering shaft with reeding and to a navette shaped foot. English, circa 1900.

Condition: Overall very good, both candelabra are in good condition with minimal plate wear and a little copper showing through. There are a few points of tiny bubbling on the sconces but this appears to be stable. Overall they have a good, pleasing colour and an elegant look.
