A pair of late 19th century Italian carved giltwood wall sconces, each carved to simulate a ribbon knotted at the top with a double bow, and with a gathered stem to carved leaves and flowers with gilt metal branches with decorative scrolls and leaves to twin carved giltwood candle sconces and with leaves and flowers below and terminating with a pair of tassels. Italian, circa 1900.
Condition: Overall very good, both are free from repairs with good condition to the gilding and few losses to some of the higher points. These sconces are highly decorative.
