A set of four Regency watercolours, each in a later gilt frame with an off-white mount with a gilt slip, and each painting representing a riverside scene, with trees and figures, some fishing, one with a small waterfall, and with distant vistas under blue skies. English, circa 1810.

Condition: Overall very good, there are some tiny losses to the paint on one of the paintings, the frames are in overall good condition with no losses, the mounts are very slightly discoloured but not badly so, the frames were redone circa 1980’s with hardwood backs.
