A William IV dial clock in a mahogany case, the cast brass bezel with convex glass and a narrow moulded mahogany outer bezel and with a 12” cream painted convex dial with Roman numerals and an outer minute track and blued steel moon hands over an eight day fusee timepiece movement. English, circa 1830, supplied with pendulum and winding key.
Condition: Overall very good, the clock is in good condition; the dial has been refreshed some time ago and there are small scuffs around the winding hole, the numerals are clear and present, the outer case is in excellent condition, the glass is possibly a replacement although by no means new and has a couple of scratches, but overall the piece has a very pleasing colour and appearance.
