A William IV Rosewood Circular Breakfast Table

A fine William IV tilt-top pedestal breakfast table in rosewood, the circular top with plain edge over a frieze with moulded edge, with gilt brass fittings underneath, over an octagonal baluster on a circular block with egg and dart moulding to three carved cabriole supports with stylised feet concealing brass casters. English circa 1830.
Diameter: 4’2”; it will seat six comfortably.
Condition: Excellent, the table is solid and robust with no wobbling, the fittings are of excellent quality and the table overall has a nice rich warm colour and a lovely patina.
