An early 19th century fruitwood and ash elbow chair, the well polished fruitwood backrail over turned ash bobbins, the elbows curving down to turned supports; with a rush seat and stretchers. English, probably West Country, circa 1830.
Overall good condition, rush seat replaced circa 80 years ago, some signs of old woodworm, which has been treated.
