An early 20th century table lamp, in the Baroque style with a bulbholder fitted to a stylised flower over a richly carved capital, on a spiral twisted shaft with beaded top and with navy blue lines within the spirals, over a spreading leaf carved base with blue detail, raised on an octagonal foot. Italian, circa 1920.
Condition: Overall very good, the lamp is in good condition with no major losses to the gilding or the painted decoration, there is an old repair to the base of the shaft, the lamp has been rewired using a new safety bulbholder, braided flex (2m) and with a new plug fitted with a 3amp fuse.
