A good early 20th century steamer trunk in rich brown leather, the hinged lid with remains of polished in labels and with reinforced corners over a rectangular body with further labels , handles to the sides and front, with claps for straps (straps not present) and reinforced corners on parallel wooden battons, it opens to reveal a lined interior. English circa 1900.
Condition: Overall very good, the top is slightly dipped, and the trunk has old scuffs and abrasions, commensurate with long use in travel. However the trunk is solid, with great patina and the leather is in good condition.
