An early Victorian mahogany console table, the rectangular top with moulded edge and rounded corners over a plain frieze with a central boss fitted with a gilt brass ornament, and with a drawer to the right hand side, on turned tapering supports with round segmented caps. English, circa 1850.
Condition: Overall very good, the table is in excellent structural condition and stands well, and the drawer runs smoothly. The piece is free from marks and scratches, and has a pleasing colour and patina in keeping with its age.
