An Edwardian mahogany bookcase, the rectangular top with boxwood stringing over a shallow frieze inlaid with a neoclassical vase within an oval in the centre, and with line inlaid fronts and sides, having two fully adjustable pine shelves with mahogany and boxwood fronts and with a moulded lower edge, raised on short tapered line inlaid supports. Bearing a stamped brass maker’s label on the back for R. Garnett & Sons, Warrington, Cheshire. English, circa 1900.

Condition: Excellent, the bookcase is a very high quality piece and is in very good condition with no splits or damage, the inlays are all present and the piece has a very pleasing colour and appearance.
