About Us

Chequers Antiques is an independent antiques shop located in the centre of the beautiful market town of Petworth in West Sussex, and has been trading since Paul Hawtrey opened in March 2009. Paul specialises in furniture, clocks, silver and decorative items. A selection of our stock is available to view online, or at our premises at the Playhouse Gallery, Lombard Street, Petworth, where you can visit us and discuss your requirements.
